Ingredients:
• ½ teaspoon of blanched, skinless almonds (ground up in a blender, food processor or coffee bean grinder)
• ½ teaspoon of vegetable shortening
Directions:
1. Combine both ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Once thoroughly combined, rub mixture into elbows and kneecaps.
3. Allow to set for 10-12 minutes.
4. Remove with warm water and wash cloth.
5. Do not store any excess and try to repeat these steps a few times a week for best results.

Directions:

3. Proceed in washing hair as per norm with shampoo, etc.
4. Repeat process 2-3 times a week for best results.
