The products available on this Site, and any samples thereof that may be provided, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products, or samples thereof, you purchase or otherwise receive from us unless expressly authorized by us in writing. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to change the price of any of our products.

Order Processing

We certainly appreciate your order and it is our aim to get it to you as expeditiously as possible. Although your online order processes immediately there is typically a 24 hour turn around to get your order on its way. It is our policy for orders submitted Monday-Friday before 10 am PST to go out that day. Orders submitted Monday-Friday after 10 am PST will be part of the next day’s delivery. Orders submitted over the weekend will go out on Monday.  Due to circumstances out of our control, order processing may be delayed. In this instance we will contact you by email to relay the details of the delay. As always please call or CONTACT US with any questions. Our office hours are 9 am – 5 pm PST, Monday thru Friday.

Returns & Refunds

G.B. wants you to be happy so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee (Please note: We do not accept returns on items that are missing more than 25% of their content). Contact us at:

and we will provide you with a return label that can be affixed to your return package. Simply return the product and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of the purchase.

We regret that shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances. In the case of damaged goods, please contact us and we will replace your items at no charge. Notification of product damage sustained during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Processing time for refunds is usually 3-5 business days from the time the returned product is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return. Please note: Only products purchased at www.gbproudfoots.com may be returned to us for a refund. If your purchase was made at a retail location, please make returns at that same location. Backorders & Item Availability

If all of the items included in your order are out of stock you will be notified via e-mail that your order has been cancelled due to lack of inventory, and you will be issued a full refund of your order total (including shipping and handling and tax, if applicable).

If some but not all of the items included in your order are out of stock you will be notified via e-mail that your order has been placed on hold due to an item being out of stock and you will be asked to advise us to:

1.       Hold your entire order until the item or items that are out of stock are re-stocked; OR
2.       Ship the items that are in stock, issue a full refund for the item or items that are out of stock, and issue a partial refund for the cost of shipping and handling and tax (if applicable); OR
3.       Ship the items that are in stock, and ship the items that are out of stock once they become available; OR
4.       Cancel your entire order and issue a full refund of your order total (including shipping and handling and tax, if applicable).

G.B. Proudfoot’s will hold your entire order until either (a) you respond to this email or (b) the item(s) that are out of stock are re-stocked.

Changes & Cancellations

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system because they are:

–          A duplicate order
–          Payment processing error or difficulty
–          Unavailable Items
–          Unable to ship to address provided

Once you have submitted your order it begins to process and you cannot cancel or change your order*. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our Return Instructions.

*Note: You may only cancel your order if you receive an email from gbproudfoots.com notifying you that:

·         One or more items in your order is on backorder.
·         We are unable to process your payment information.
